Celebrating Oregon Harvest: Three Fresh Hop Beers Dropping Soon
It’s the best time of the year in Oregon: Hop Harvest. We headed straight to Coleman Hop Farm to pick up fresh, Salmon-Safe certified hops off the vine and brought them right back to the brewhouse. Our brewers are hard at work, but perfection takes a little patience—give us about 10 days to let these tank-fresh beauties ferment, and they’ll be hitting the taps at our Brew Pub!
