Session Premium lager is an extremely tasty import-style lager, like the kind of beer made back in the pre-Prohibition days— plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth, we like to call it ridiculously tasty. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and a touch of wheat malt give a pleasant, refreshing finish. Why have a beer when you could have a Session!

HEATHER CANYON KÖLSCH  ABV 4.5% IBU 20

Brewed in honor of one of the most scenic areas on Mt. Hood. In the summer it’s an amazing area to hike, in the winter it’s double black diamond terrain. Tropic Supreme IPA ABV 7.0% IBU 55

A refreshing IPA that is high on hop aromatics, yet perfectly balanced. Intense juicy aromas of tropical fruit, berry, and stone fruit with notes of Mandarin orange are well complemented by clean malt notes in this refreshing IPA. Pale malt and oats combine to create a golden base for a huge punch of Motueka and Mandarin Bavarian hops.

Cascade Pilsner  ABV 5.9% IBU 50

This hoppy pilsner has intense aromas of citrus & pine supported by a medium-bodied, dry malty palate, all balanced with a long clean herbal bitterness. super soft Mt. Hood water is perfectly suited for brewing this classic style.

Mad Hatter Black Lager  ABV 5.2% IBU 18

Deceptively drinkable, the initial tastes of this black lager are a subtle, smooth pairing of caramel and chocolate malt flavors with an intriguing finish of dark cocoa. It goes down so smooth, it’s hard to have just one!

Slipknot IPA  ABV 7.3% IBU 60

This medium-bodied IPA is superbly balanced between the malt backbone and a citrus / grapefruity hop aroma and flavor. The Cascade, Crystal and Northern Brewer hops deliver a notable bitterness with a finish of resinous hop character.

Hop Pursuit IPA  ABV 6.5% IBU 65

Leads with tropical pineapple aromas, piney and mango notes follow with a hint of honey. Clean, caramel malt body and a crisp, assertive finish. Extensive dry hopping enhances the aroma and late hop flavors. Like the Pacific Northwest, this IPA has hops for days.

Party Fowler EZ IPA  ABV 5.5% IBU 40

Brewed as a tribute to Mike Fowler, our maintenance magician, who keeps the brewery humming, this beer is generously hopped in 4 stages with Citra and Azacca producing aromas of pine, grapefruit and orange with a crisp citrus finish. This IPA is a party foul you will want to repeat!

Soft landing IPA ABV 6.5% IBU 25

With its smooth body and fluffy, soft mouthfeel this beer is a delicious IPA without harsh bitterness. Loaded with Cryo Citra, Mosaic, & Ekuanot hops it has a highly aromatic bold citrus profile and delightful undercurrent of tropical fruit and sweet blueberry that finishes with a soft landing.
