Four Full Sail Brews Named Best of the Northwest
Sip Northwest a magazine that showcases regional wines, beer and spirits has announced the medalists of its ninth annual Best of the Northwest awards competition! Four of our ridiculously tasty beers were recognized by the esteemed panel of judges. Our Sesión Cerveza was awarded a bronze medal in the lager category, our flagship Amber was awarded a bronze medal in the amber/red ale category, our Atomizer Pale Ale was awarded a silver medal in the Pale Ale category, and our Atomizer IPA was named “judges’ pick” in the American-Style IPA category.
The complete listing of results were released in the print issue in November, this collector’s edition showcases the winners of the grand tasting competition from wine, beer, spirits and cider, along with top Northwest beverage trends, locally focused restaurant and bars, elite drink destinations to visit and when, plus much more.
Put out across the Pacific Northwest, from Montana to Southern Oregon, an open call for submissions brought in 729 wines, 283 beers, 182 spirits and 159 ciders — records numbers as the biggest year yet for the competition!
The submissions were sampled blind and judged by nearly 100 leading beverage industry experts, from master sommeliers and cicerones to certified spirit judges and cider buyers, who determined the top four medalists in each respective beverage category.
We’re excited about winning Sip Magazine’s Best of the Northwest Awards and we hope it will inspire even more people to taste our balanced and ridiculously tasty beers.
