Session Premium lager is an extremely tasty import-style lager, like the kind of beer made back in the pre-Prohibition days— plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth, we like to call it ridiculously tasty. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and a touch of wheat malt give a pleasant, refreshing finish. Why have a beer when you could have a Session!

Small, limited release beers showcasing our passion, innovation, and creativity, brewed especially for our Brew Pub on our 5 bbl pilot system.
This interesting Small Batch project takes inspiration from white wine but is all beer. Pale and wheat malts along with our proprietary sour fermentation culture created a super clean and tart golden base ready for hops. Following fermentation we added Nelson Sauvin and Sabro hops which contribute delicate aromas of fermented white grape, gooseberry, and melon. We finished this beer off by aging it with French Oak adding notes of cinnamon, chamomile, and lavender.
2 Row, Oats, and Wheat make the base for this big hazy treat. We followed our New England style fermentation with massive additions of Strata, Galaxy, and Sabro hops which bring it in this super ripe fruit bomb. “That’s why if you please, I am on my bended knees.”
