We often look out over the majestic Columbia River and the snow-capped volcanic peaks of Oregon’s Mount Hood and pinch ourselves for being lucky enough to live and work in this craft-brewing epicenter. We pour crystal-clear water, locally grown malt, hops and yeast, and responsible processes into each and every bottle. Our decades-long commitment to crafting delicious beer, protecting the environment and sourcing natural ingredients has earned us more than 300 awards, including 200 gold medals.

Beers brewed especially for our Brew Pub
This well balanced and ultra-drinkable Bohemian Pilsner is the second brew out of our small batch system. We loved this beer while tasting it right out of the fermenter so we chose to maintain as much of that character as possible. Packaged in the Kellerbier style – directly from the fermenter, without filtration – we preserved a hint of haze and all the flavor. Spicy, herbal notes of white pepper from copious additions of Hersbrucker and Saphir hops are showcased in this delicate pilsner malt base.
ABV 5.2% IBU 25
Fresh from our small batch pilot brew house, this Cascadian Dark Ale explodes with deep notes of cocoa nibs and tropical citrus fruit. A blend of Pale, Crystal, and Chocolate malts lays down a rich and beautiful canvas for our hop addition. Notorious Brewing Supervisor, Clinton AKA “CW” suggested throwing a combination of Amarillo and Mosaic hops at it which was impossible to argue with. Nice call Clinton!

We collaborated with our friends at Fox Tail Cider for this Pub-only release. Full Sail supplied the yeast and let Fox Tail work their magic. Bright apple aromas and delicate floral notes balance well with a crisp tartness and subtle sweetness.
Oregon’s Original Amber Ale poured through a traditional nitrogen dispense faucet. The lower carbonation and smooth, creamy character that the nitrogen lends make this an extra special treat.
