It’s a sweet, malty, medium-bodied ale with a spicy, floral hop finish. It’s brewed with 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and hopped with Columbus and Cascades. ABV 6% IBU 31

BLOOD ORANGE WHEAT

Refreshing, crisp and zesty Blood Orange Wheat is back by popular demand. A refreshing unfiltered wheat beer with a twist of citrus, this beer has a medium malt body with subtle orange flavor and a crisp wheat finish that will brighten your day.

Session Premium Lager

An extremely tasty American craft lager with plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth with a refreshing, crisp finish. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and pilsner malt along with our propriety yeast strain results in a bright, fresh taste profile that is extremely crisp, clean, and crushable. SESSION WEST COAST Lager

An all-malt, classic PNW hop-driven lager offering a crisp and highly sessionable experience, featuring notes of sharp white grape, tropical guava, fresh cut lemon grass, and lemon grapefruit peel. It’s the perfect beer for any occasion. ABV 5% IBU 38

WRECK THE HALLS DOUBLE IPA

A hybrid of an American-style Double IPA and a Winter Warmer. Comforting notes from pale, caramel and crystal malts and copious quantities of Centennial and Cascade hops for a bold brew that celebrates the season. ABV 8.5% IBU 65

WASSAIL WINTER ALE

Deep mahogany color, this holiday classic is brewed with four different malts and a blend of Pacific Northwest hops. Its inviting aroma combines roasted espresso with hints of pine, delivering a full bodied and a pleasantly hoppy finish that appeals to both hop and malt lovers. ABV 7.6% IBU 50

SHORTEST DAY CDA

Dark as night, this Cascadian Dark Ale explodes with deep notes of cocoa nibs, coffeehouse, and pine. A blend of Pale, Crystal, and Chocolate malts leads the way for the trifecta hop addition of Centennial, Amarillo and Citras. ABV 6.7% IBU 50

BRIDGE TO NOWHERE HAZY IPA

A hazy mirage of flavors of pineapple upside-down cake, honeydew, and juicy pear. Brewed with Citra Cryo, Mosaic, and Columbus hops and rolled oats. ABV 6.3% IBU 43

HOP PURSUIT IPA

Leads with tropical pineapple aromas, piney and mango notes follow with a hint of honey. Clean, caramel malt body and a crisp, assertive finish. Extensive dry hopping enhances the aroma and late hop flavors.  Like the Pacific Northwest, this IPA has hops for days. ABV 7% IBU 45

If you love our Slipknot IPA, why not see red? This medium-bodied India Red Ale takes everything you love about a hop-forward IPA and backs it up with a sturdy, toasted malt backbone. DARK & SALTY STOUT

Our Night Sailor Stout aged on pounds of cocoa nibs, and sprinkled with sea salt. Dark chocolate and slightly bready notes reminiscent of dark chocolate covered pretzels and sea salted dark chocolate squares.  ABV 6% IBU 30

TWIST & STOUT

Our Night Sailor Stout carefully aged on fresh lemon peel and shredded coconut. The sweet chocolate notes of the stout elevate to another level with a beautiful medley of sweet lemon and tropical coconut.  ABV 6% IBU 30

BETTER THAN CAKE STOUT

Our Night Sailor Stout aged on fresh orange peel, and vanilla beans. In true spice cake fashion, we layered in cinnamon, cardamom, and fennel seeds to create complexity and layers to create a truly one-of-a-kind beer. ABV 6% IBU 30

SPIRITED CRAN-MARY FIZZ

Get ready for a refreshing kick! We start with our Spirited Sugar Brew crafted at Full Sail, a light and subtly sweet alcoholic beverage, and blend it with rosemary-infused simple syrup, tart cranberry juice, and a squeeze of lime. Topped with soda water and garnished with fresh cranberries, a lime wheel, and a sprig of rosemary. $12.00   ABV 8%

Brewed in the ‘Imperial Style’ and aged for months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, Top Sail pours deep umber in the glass, is silky smooth on the palate and has a rich malty chocolate finish.
