Oregon’s original Amber Ale and our flagship brew was named “World’s Best” at the World Beer Awards and has earned more than 25 gold medals over the years. It’s a sweet, malty, medium-bodied ale with a spicy, floral hop finish. It’s brewed with 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and hopped with Columbus and Cascades. ABV 6% IBU 31

Session Premium Lager

An extremely tasty American craft lager with plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth with a refreshing, crisp finish. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and pilsner malt along with our propriety yeast strain results in a bright, fresh taste profile that is extremely crisp, clean, and crushable. Why just have a beer when you could have a Session! ABV 5% IBU 18

Straw-gold and brilliantly clear, this Mexican-style lager is light-bodied, crisp, and built for easy drinking. Pilsner malt and flaked corn keep the body soft and the finish crisp. Celeia and Northern Brewer hops add subtle notes of soft spice, providing just enough bitterness to keep it balanced and bright. Clean, straightforward, and endlessly drinkable. Try it with a lime!

SESSION JAPANESE RICE Lager

Built for precision and effortless drinkability, this lager is refined and refreshing. The addition of rice lightens the body and sharpens the finish, creating a dry, ultra-clean profile. The Japanese Sorachi Ace—with its distinct lemon zest and herbal character—gives a subtle nod to Japan, while Tettnang hops layer in soft noble spice and balanced bitterness. The result is bright, smooth, and elegantly focused Japanese Rice Lager. ABV 5% IBU 12

SESSION WEST COAST Lager

An all-malt, classic PNW lager that captures the bright aromatics of a West Coast IPA in a crisp, light-bodied frame. It offers an effortless, easy-drinking experience featuring distinct notes of sharp white grape, tropical guava, fresh lemongrass, and ruby red grapefruit peel. It’s the perfect choice for those who love the hop profile of an IPA but want the clean, refreshing snap of a Session Lager.  ABV 5% IBU 38

FRESH HOP CASCADE IPA

Pouring a striking, vibrant orange, this IPA highlights bright aromas of fresh grapefruit peel, piney evergreen, balsam, and crisp cut grass over a subtle bread-crust malt backbone. Classic Cascade fresh hop character delivers bold citrus and resinous notes right through to a clean finish.. ABV 6.2% IBU 36

FRESH HOP STRATA IPA

This IPA leads with aromas of freshly cut vines, pungent dankness, and juicy tropical guava over a subtle bready malt foundation. Balanced hop bitterness and moderate sweetness crisp up the palate before settling into a lush, resin-rich finish packed with field-fresh flavor that lingers on the palate. ABV 6.2% IBU 37

FRESH HOP LUMINOSA HAZY IPA

Pouring with a soft, inviting haze, this IPA bursts with bright aromas of peach lemonade and strawberry jam over notes of pine and toasted cereal. Gently sweet on the palate with minimal bitterness, it delivers a smooth, fruit-forward finish. Brewed with Salmon Safe hops from Coleman Agriculture.  ABV 6.4% IBU 18

OKTOBERFEST

An original Munich-style Festbier featuring rich sourdough,doughy malt sweetness, and a toasted bread crust finish, softly balanced by herbal, floral, and spicy German Noble hops. Smooth, easy-drinking, and built to enjoy in true Bavarian style. Prost! ABV 4.8% IBU 18

PUMPKIN STOUT

Brewed with fresh pumpkins from our neighbors at Packer Orchards. Jet black with rich notes of chocolate, espresso, cinnamon, ginger, baking spice, and autumn pumpkin. Medium-thick body with a balanced sweet-to-bitter profile and a clean, fast finish. ABV 7.8% IBU 35

BLOOD ORANGE WHEAT ALE

A refreshing, unfiltered wheat ale with a citrus twist. This brew pairs a pillowy wheat body with vibrant blood orange aromas, leading into a deep, candied-citrus flavor and a crisp finish that’s sure to brighten your day. ABV 5.2% IBU 23

DRIFTWOOD WEST COAST IPA

A golden IPA showcasing Superdelic and Citra Cryo hops. Expect a big upfront punch of pine, dank resin, and bright orange zest that seamlessly gives way to tropical layers of guava and mango. Finishes clean with a snappy, bready malt body and a persistent, refreshing hop bite. ABV 7% IBU 47

ONSHORE WEST COAST IPA

A perfectly balanced IPA with a vibrant, tropical aroma of fresh pineapple and lychee. A crisp, snappy West
Coast backbone leads the way, opening up to a clean, refreshing finish of candied tangerine, ripe strawberry,
and a hint of lavender. ABV 6.4% IBU 47

OFF TRAIL PALE ALE

New-school tropical notes meet an old-school balanced backbone in Off Trail Pale Ale. Amarillo, Azacca, & Strata hops deliver bright pine, Meyer lemon, & tangerine rind aromas backed by juicy papaya & guava. Built on a base of Pilsner, Munich, & honey malts, it pairs a touch of honeyed malt sweetness with a firm, clean bitterness & a crisp finish. ABV 5.3% IBU 50

HOP PURSUIT IPA

Leads with tropical pineapple aromas, piney and mango notes follow with a hint of honey. Clean, bready body and a crisp, assertive finish. Extensive dry hopping enhances the aroma and late hop flavors. Like the Pacific Northwest, this IPA has hops for days. ABV 6.8% IBU 31

NIGHT SAILOR STOUT – ON NITRO

A dark stout crafted with a special blend of 6 chocolaty & roasty malts, it delivers big chocolate and coffeehouse aromas smoothed out and elevated through a creamy nitro head. ABV 6% IBU 30

SLIPKNOT IPA

This medium-bodied IPA is hop forward, balancing a solid malt backbone with a distinct, pine-forward and citrus aroma and flavor. Cascade, Centennial, and Idaho 7 hops deliver a notable bitterness, bursting with notes of ruby red grapefruit pith before wrapping up with a finish of resinous hop character. ABV 6.75% IBU 75

PURPLE HAZE

Hard Lemonade made from our handcrafted Spirited Sugar Brew, layered with lavender-honey tisane, topped with a splash of soda water. Garnished with a lemon wheel and a lavender sprig from our friends at Van Gogh Lavender Farm. $12.00   ABV 8%

CHERRY LIME RICKEY

House-made hard limeade layered with all natural cherry infused simple syrup and topped with lemon-lime soda. Garnished with Pacific NW Bordeaux cherries and a lime wheel. $12.00   ABV 8%

COSMO COCKTAIL

Hard Lime-ade topped with a splash of cranberry and a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Garnished with cranberries and a lime wheel. $12.00   ABV 8%

BLUE CRUSH

TOP SAIL BOURBON IMPERIAL PORTER

Brewed in the ‘Imperial Style’ and aged for months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, Top Sail pours deep umber in the glass, is silky smooth on the palate and has a rich malty chocolate finish.
