We often look out over the majestic Columbia River and the snow-capped volcanic peaks of Oregon’s Mount Hood and pinch ourselves for being lucky enough to live and work in this craft-brewing epicenter. We pour crystal-clear water, locally grown malt, hops and yeast, and responsible processes into each and every pint. Our decades-long commitment to crafting delicious beer, protecting the environment and sourcing natural ingredients has earned us more than 300 awards, including 200 gold medals.

amber ale
Oregon’s original Amber Ale and our flagship brew was named “World’s Best” at the World Beer Awards and has earned more than 25 gold medals over the years. It’s a sweet, malty, medium-bodied ale with a spicy, floral hop finish. It’s brewed with 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and hopped with Mt. Hoods and Cascades.

Session Premium Lager
An extremely tasty American craft lager with plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth with a refreshing, crisp finish. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and pilsner malt along with our propriety yeast strain results in a bright, fresh taste profile that is extremely crisp, clean, and crushable. Why just have a beer when you could have a Session!

Belgian SAISON – COMING BACK SOON
This brew leverages simplicity and Imperial Yeast’s B64 Napoleon yeast strain to create a balanced fruity and spicy experience. Pilsner and wheat malts add just enough body to balance cloves and lemon while Hersbrucker hops add a spicy peppery finish.

BLOOD ORANGE WHEAT
Refreshing, crisp and zesty Blood Orange Wheat is back by popular demand. A refreshing unfiltered wheat beer with a twist of citrus, this beer has a medium malt body with subtle orange flavor and a crisp wheat finish that will brighten your day.

SOFT LANDING Juicy IPA
With its smooth body and fluffy, soft mouthfeel this beer is a delicious IPA without harsh bitterness. Loaded with Cryo Citra, Mosaic, & Ekuanot hops it has a highly aromatic bold citrus profile and delightful undercurrent of tropical fruit and sweet blueberry that finishes with a soft landing.

mad Hatter Dark Lager
Deceptively drinkable, initial tastes of this dark lager are a subtle, smooth pairing of caramel and chocolate malt flavors with an intriguing finish of dark cocoa. It goes down so smooth, it’s hard to have just one!

EASY HOP PURSUIT IPA
A refreshing twist on our classic Hop Pursuit. It opens with tropical pineapple aromas, with hints of pine and mango complemented by a touch of honey. The malt body is clean and caramelized, delivering a smooth, balanced profile with a gentle finish. A touch of dry hopping adds a nuanced aroma and delicate hop flavors, offering a harmonious hop experience that is approachable with an easy-going vibe.

Simcoe pale ale
This single hopped Pale focuses on balance and drinkability. Pale Malt accompanied by Crystal 40 give this beer enough body to stand up to a modest helping of Simcoe hops spread throughout the boil and whirlpool. Citrus and Pine aroma pair with crisp citrus finish.

A Frayed Knot IPA
A tasty IPA with a sweet pale malty backbone to support a perfectly balanced juicy, floral, and spicy dry hop. medium to low bitterness and very balanced makes this IPA easy to have more than one and approachable for all types of pallets.

SLIPKnot IPA
This medium-bodied IPA is hop forward and balances the malt backbone and a citrus, hop aroma and flavor. The Cascade, Crystal and Brewer hops deliver a notable bitterness with a finish of resinous hop character tasty IPA with a sweet pale malty backbone to support a perfectly balanced juicy, floral, and spicy dry hop. medium to low bitterness and very balanced makes this IPA easy to have more than one and approachable for all types of pallets.

HELLA GOOD HELLES LAGER
The Helles style beer originated in Germany, and the name translates to “pale in color”. This lager balances a subtle sweetness with a touch of hop bitterness, resulting in a clean, light, and refreshing beer with a satisfying body. Unlike traditional Helles styles, this beer offers a subtle hint of fruity esters on the nose, adding a unique twist to its profile. It’s an easy-drinking lager that will have you reaching for another. Prost!

Brewed in the ‘Imperial Style’ and aged for months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, Top Sail pours deep umber in the glass, is silky smooth on the palate and has a rich malty chocolate finish.
