We often look out over the majestic Columbia River and the snow-capped volcanic peaks of Oregon’s Mount Hood and pinch ourselves for being lucky enough to live and work in this craft-brewing epicenter. We pour crystal-clear water, locally grown malt, hops and yeast, and responsible processes into each and every bottle. Our decades-long commitment to crafting delicious beer, protecting the environment and sourcing natural ingredients has earned us more than 300 awards, including 200 gold medals.

Oregon’s Original Amber Ale. A sweet, malty, medium-bodied ale with a spicy, floral hop finish. It’s brewed with 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts. And we hop it with Mt. Hoods and Cascades.

Session Premium lager is an extremely tasty import-style lager, like the kind of beer made back in the pre-Prohibition days— plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth, we like to call it ridiculously tasty. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and a touch of wheat malt give a pleasant, refreshing finish. Why have a beer when you could have a Session!
ABV 5% IBU 18
Sesión Mexican Style Lager is straw gold in color, light in body and brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked corn, and Celeia and Northern Brewer hops. The hops impart subtle hints of lemon and spice to complement the crisp malt body. Served with or without a lime.

Small, limited release beers showcasing our passion, innovation, and creativity, brewed especially for our Brew Pub on our 5 bbl pilot system.
As part of the Breweries in the Gorge (B.I.G) Collaboration Series, Full Sail and Walking Man Brewing, the original Gorge Craft Breweries from both sides of the mighty Columbia River teamed up to brew a hearty brew that will help you weather any storm by land or by sea. The two brew crews lead by Full Sail Brewmaster Greg Doss and Walking Man’s Head Brewer Tessa Longnecker joined up with a shared vision to create this ultra-balanced smoked porter. A complex brew with five varieties of imported malts unite in a garnet harmony of dark chocolate, dried Montmorency cherries and beechwood smoke. We hope you enjoy this collaborative experience as much as we enjoyed brewing it.

Pilsner and pale malts, along with generous additions of Mosaic and Crystal Hops, make up the base for this ultra-clean IPA. We fermented cool with a lager strain and then dry hopped with a big shot of New Zealand grown Eclipse Hops. The results are big aromas of naval orange along with floral hints of cherry blossom in a beautifully crushable IPA. ABV 6.9% IBU 35
When veteran Full Sail brewer Elias told us the story of how he learned the hard way that sheep do have fangs, we knew we had to brew this beer. Subtlety is secret to a jalapeño beer and this beer delivers. Bright aromas of jalapeño and Thai peppers, along with gentle heat, are perfectly balanced in this Pale Lager.
