Session Premium lager is an extremely tasty import-style lager, like the kind of beer made back in the pre-Prohibition days— plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth, we like to call it ridiculously tasty. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and a touch of wheat malt give a pleasant, refreshing finish. Why have a beer when you could have a Session!

Session Japanese Rice Lager ABV 5.2% IBU 12

Light and refreshing, it’s brewed with pale malt and rice, a nod to Japanese brewing techniques, and features Sorachi Ace and Tettnang hops for a delicate citrus aroma and a smooth, balanced bitterness. This lager is crisp, clean, and beautifully bright.

Sesión Cerveza ABV 4.5% IBU 15

Sesión Mexican Style Lager is la cerveza loca buena. Straw gold in color, and light in body, Sesiόn Cerveza is brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked corn, and Celeia and Northern Brewer hops. The hops impart subtle hints of lemon and spice to complement the crisp malt body.It’s light, crisp and totally refreshing. Served with or without a lime.

Wreck The Halls Double IPA  ABV 8.5% IBU 65 

A hybrid of an American-style Double IPA and a Winter Warmer. Comforting notes from pale, caramel and crystal malts and copious quantities of Centennial and Cascade hops for a bold brew that celebrates the season.

Wassail Winter Ale  ABV 7.2% IBU 50 

Deep mahogany color, this holiday classic is brewed with four different malts and a blend of Pacific Northwest hops. Its inviting aroma combines roasted espresso with hints of pine, delivering a full bodied and a pleasantly hoppy finish that appeals to both hop and malt lovers.

Nut Brown Ale  ABV 5.6% IBU 30

Spinnaker IPA ABV 5.5% IBU 48

Bridge To Nowhere Hazy IPA ABV 6.3% IBU 43

Step into a hazy mirage of flavors as you cross the Bridge to Nowhere. Using rolled oats gives this Hazy IPA a sponge cake like sweet backbone, and the hop combination of carefully selected Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Columbus, Hüll Melon, and Mandarina Bavarian showcases layers of pineapple upside down cake, honeydew, and juicy pear. Unlike our namesake bridge in Hood River on a hazy day as seen from the brewery, this beer treats you with the certainty that you’ll be back for another pour.

Hop Pursuit IPA ABV 6.4% IBU 45

Leads with tropical pineapple aromas, piney and mango notes follow with a hint of honey. Clean, caramel malt body and a crisp, assertive finish. Extensive dry hopping enhances the aroma and late hop flavors.  Like the Pacific Northwest, this IPA has hops for days.

We start with our Spirited Sugar Brew crafted at Full Sail, a light and subtly sweet alcoholic beverage, and blend it with rosemary-infused simple syrup, tart cranberry juice, and a squeeze of lime. Topped with soda water and garnished with fresh cranberries, a lime wheel, and a sprig of rosemary.
