Session Premium Lager ABV 5% IBU 18

Session Premium lager is an extremely tasty import-style lager, like the kind of beer made back in the pre-Prohibition days— plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth, we like to call it ridiculously tasty. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and a touch of wheat malt give a pleasant, refreshing finish. Why have a beer when you could have a Session!

Sesión Cerveza ABV 4.5% IBU 15

Sesión Mexican Style Lager is la cerveza loca buena. Straw gold in color, and light in body, Sesiόn Cerveza is brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked corn, and Celeia and Northern Brewer hops. The hops impart subtle hints of lemon and spice to complement the crisp malt body.It’s light, crisp and totally refreshing. Served with or without a lime.

Wassail Winter Ale  ABV 7.2% IBU 50

Deep mahogany color, this holiday classic is brewed with four different malts and a blend of Pacific Northwest hops. Its inviting aroma combines roasted espresso with hints of pine, delivering a full bodied and a pleasantly hoppy finish that appeals to both hop and malt lovers alike.

Shortest Day CDA  ABV 6% IBU 50

Dark as night, this Cascadian Dark Ale explodes with deep notes of cocoa nibs, coffeehouse, and pine. A blend of Pale, Crystal, and Chocolate malts leads the way for the trifecta hop addition of Centennial, Amarillo and Citras. This Brew Crew’s favorite “IPA meets Porter” is perfectly balanced and sure to please.

Heather Canyon Kölsch  ABV 4.5% IBU 20

Heather Canyon Kölsch is brewed in honor of one of the most scenic areas on Mt. Hood. In the summer it’s an amazing area to hike, in the winter it’s double black diamond terrain.  Brewed in the traditional German-style this is an easy drinking, crisp, dry beer that drinks like a ray of sunshine on a bluebird day no matter what the weather.  Delicately balanced with subtle fruit aroma and flavor you’ll enjoy every sip of this clean, quaffable ale that won’t put you over your skis.

Peach Saison  ABV 5.3% IBU 23

A delightful dance of Belgian fruit and spice! Brewed with Pilsner and wheat malts and meticulously fermented with French Saison yeast, we aged on fresh peaches at the end for a subtle addition to a truly aromatic and thirst-quenching experience. Enjoy complex yet balanced notes of clove, coriander, lemon, banana, white pepper, and peach, followed by a slight tropical fruit and a gentle bready finish.

Nut Brown Ale  ABV 5.6% IBU 30

Brewed for the fall season, this Nut Brown Ale is rich with aromatic notes of caramel, molasses, and a hint of smoke. Crafted with Maris Otter, Crystal, Biscuit, and Carafa malts, it delivers a malt-forward profile featuring flavors of toffee, nutty sweet bread, and caramel. Balanced with Azacca hops, it finishes smooth and crisp, perfect for those cool autumn days.

Better Than Cake Spiced Stout ABV 6.8% IBU 30

This Stout is reminiscent of sweet and savory desserts. The bready and chocolate base was then meticulously layered and aged on fresh orange peel, and naturally grown and ethically sourced Ugandan vanilla beans by our local Oregon friends at Hive on I-5 Organics. Lastly, in true spice cake fashion, we layered in cinnamon, cardamom, and fennel seeds to create complexity and layers to create a truly one of a kind beer.

Blood Orange Wheat Ale   ABV 5.2% IBU 23

Refreshing, crisp and zesty Blood Orange Wheat is back by popular demand. A refreshing unfiltered wheat beer with a twist of citrus, this beer has a medium malt body with subtle orange flavor and a crisp wheat finish that will brighten your day.

Spinnaker IPA ABV 5.5% IBU 48

Sail downwind on this sessionable, slightly hazy, golden-orange IPA. Azacca takes center stage with a colorful hop profile of fresh tangerine, green peach orchard, lavender, guava, and passion fruit. Balanced out using special naked golden oats, this beer has a unique, nutty malt backbone representative of fruity and tropical breakfast muffins you might have as the sun rises over the bow.

Slipknot IPA ABV 7.0% IBU 50

This medium-bodied IPA is hop forward and balances the malt backbone and a citrus, hop aroma and flavor. The Cascade, Crystal and Brewer hops deliver a notable bitterness with a finish of resinous hop character.

Hop Pursuit IPA ABV 6.4% IBU 45

A Leads with tropical pineapple aromas, piney and mango notes follow with a hint of honey. Clean, caramel malt body and a crisp, assertive finish. Extensive dry hopping enhances the aroma and late hop flavors. Like the Pacific Northwest, this IPA has hops for days.

Bridge To Nowhere Hazy IPA ABV 6.3% IBU 43

Step into a hazy mirage of flavors as you cross the Bridge to Nowhere. Using golden naked oats (a favorite of our brewers) gives this Hazy IPA a sponge cake like sweet backbone, and the hop combination of carefully selected Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Columbus, Hüll Melon, and Mandarina Bavarian showcases layers of pineapple upside down cake, honeydew, and juicy pear. Unlike our namesake bridge in Hood River on a hazy day as seen from the brewery, this beer treats you with the certainty that you’ll be back for another pour.

Blonde & Boujee Brut Blonde Ale ABV 5.0% IBU 31

Brewed in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society, this brut-style blonde ale dazzles with rosé-like notes of strawberry, melon, and rhubarb. Huell Melon hops and Pink Boots Malt create a crisp, dry finish. Effervescent, elegant, and undeniably boujee.

Mad Hatter Black Lager ABV 4.6% IBU 21

Deceptively drinkable, initial tastes of this black lager are a subtle, smooth pairing of caramel and chocolate malt flavors with an intriguing finish of dark cocoa. It goes down so smooth, it’s hard to have just one!

Too Many Kyles Imperial IPA ABV 7.9% IBU 50

Crafted by Kyle, Kyle, and Kyle, this slightly hazy IPA is a tribute to Kyles everywhere. Bursting with bold grapefruit and orange aromas, it finishes with hints of pine. On the palate, enjoy bright notes of orange peel, pine, and a touch of banana, balanced by a crisp bitterness and a light body. Raise a glass to the Kyle in your life!

Tsuruta Japanese Lager – TAPPED OUT WILL BE BACK SOON! ABV 5.2% IBU 12

Brewed as a tribute to our Sister City of Tsuruta, Japan, this small-batch creation celebrates friendship, tradition, and the shared appreciation of craftsmanship. Light and refreshing, it’s brewed with pale malt and rice—a nod to Japanese brewing techniques—and features Sorachi Ace and Tettnanger hops for a delicate citrus aroma and a smooth, balanced bitterness. Crisp, clean, and beautifully bright, this brew captures the spirit of friendship in every sip.

Spirited Cran-Mary Fizz  ABV 8%

Get ready for a refreshing kick! We start with our Spirited Sugar Brew crafted at Full Sail, a light and subtly sweet alcoholic beverage, and blend it with rosemary-infused simple syrup, tart cranberry juice, and a squeeze of lime. Topped with soda water and garnished with fresh cranberries, a lime wheel, and a sprig of rosemary.

Set sail with our unique twist on a classic cocktail. We blend our house-made Spirited Sugar Brew with fresh lime juice, agave nectar, and a touch of orange. Served on the rocks and garnished with a blood orange wheel and a Tajin salted rim.
