What does the date code on the can or bottle label mean?
We want you to enjoy each drop of our beer exactly the way our Brewmaster intended, so we date stamp the day the beer was packaged on the lower left of the Full Sail bottle labels and lower right on the Session bottle labels. On our cans we stamp the packaged date on the bottom of the can. After the code date passes, the beer’s profile will begin to move toward malty flavors as the hop flavors soften and maltiness comes up.
Here is the suggested timelines to enjoy our beers by for maximum freshness:
Note: Due to naturally more time-sensitive characteristics of wheat beers and highly hopped IPAs, the shelf lives for these beers is shorter than our other beers.
