Oregon Beer has truly arrived, as a NYT Crossword Clue

Oregon beer attained another place in pop culture when Full Sail appeared as part of the clue to #43-across in the Saturday New York Times Crossword: the answer? “Ale,” of course, one of those NYT Crossword three-letter perennials, right up there with “ort.” The Beer Here is attempting to contact puzzle editor Will Shortz to find out his favorite Full Sail brew.
