Beer of the Week: Full Sail Session Lager
This beer comes out of Hood River, Ore. It is a pale lager-style that pours light straw-yellow in color with a small head that dissipates rapidly.
It gives off a nice, sweet malt aroma and hints of light hops that come through.
The taste is similar; it has a very light hop bitterness up front and a nice, lightly sweet, malty back end.
This beer is a very easy to drink and can be a great stepping-stone for those who want to get into bigger beers.
It is 5.1 percent alcohol by volume and is available year-round. Cheers!
