Heather Canyon Kölsch is brewed in honor of one of the most scenic areas on Mt. Hood. In the summer it’s an amazing area to hike, in the winter it’s double black diamond terrain. Brewed in the traditional German-style this is an easy drinking, crisp, dry beer that drinks like a ray of sunshine on a bluebird day no matter what the weather. Delicately balanced with subtle fruit aroma and flavor you’ll enjoy every sip of this clean, quaffable ale that won’t put you over your skis.

Our beers celebrate our sense of place where we’re constantly inspired by the great outdoors and the environment that provide amazing recreation and one of our most treasured natural resources, the snow that falls on the Cascades and the pure water that flows from the cold springs on Mt. Hood to our brewery and beyond.
