Session Premium lager is an extremely tasty import-style lager, like the kind of beer made back in the pre-Prohibition days— plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth, we like to call it ridiculously tasty. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and a touch of wheat malt give a pleasant, refreshing finish. Why have a beer when you could have a Session!

Wreck The Halls Double IPA  ABV 8.5% IBU 68

This traditional holiday favorite and four-time gold medal winner is a sublime hybrid of an American-Style Double IPA and a Winter Warmer. Comforting rich and deep malty notes from Pale and blended Caramel and Crystal malts combined with copious quantities of carefully layered pine, floral, and citrus Centennial, Cascade, and Mosaic hops make a bold, layered brew that celebrates the season. Heather Canyon Kölsch  ABV 4.5% IBU 20

Heather Canyon Kölsch is brewed in honor of one of the most scenic areas on Mt. Hood. In the summer it’s an amazing area to hike, in the winter it’s double black diamond terrain.  Brewed in the traditional German-style this is an easy drinking, crisp, dry beer that drinks like a ray of sunshine on a bluebird day no matter what the weather.  Delicately balanced with subtle fruit aroma and flavor you’ll enjoy every sip of this clean, quaffable ale that won’t put you over your skis.

This brew leverages Imperial Yeast’s B64 Napoleon yeast strain and meticulous brewing fermentation skill to craft a Belgian fruity and spicy experience. Pilsner and wheat malts add just enough body to balance cloves and lemon while Hersbrucker hops add a spicy peppery finish to cleanse the pallet.

Our Night Sailor aged simply on pounds of cocoa nibs, and sprinkled with sea salt. A decadent delight – this stout has dark chocolate and slightly bready notes reminiscent of your favorite dark chocolate covered pretzels and sea salted dark chocolate squares.

Better Than Cake Spiced Stout ABV 6.8% IBU 30

Our Night Sailor reminiscent of sweet and savory desserts. The bready and chocolate base was then meticulously layered and aged on fresh orange peel, and naturally grown and ethically sourced Ugandan vanilla beans by our local Oregon friends at Hive on I-5 Organics. Lastly, in true spice cake fashion, we layered in cinnamon, cardamom, and fennel seeds to create complexity and layers to create a truly one of a kind beer.

Blood Orange Wheat Ale   ABV 5.2% IBU 23

Spinnaker IPA ABV 5.5% IBU 48

Sail downwind on this sessionable, slightly hazy, golden-orange IPA. Azacca takes center stage with a colorful hop profile of fresh tangerine, green peach orchard, lavender, guava, and passion fruit. Balanced out using special naked golden oats, this beer has a unique, nutty malt backbone representative of fruity and tropical breakfast muffins you might have as the sun rises over the bow.

Slipknot IPA ABV 7.0% IBU 50

This medium-bodied IPA is hop forward and balances the malt backbone and a citrus, hop aroma and flavor. The Cascade, Crystal and Brewer hops deliver a notable bitterness with a finish of resinous hop character.

Hop Pursuit IPA ABV 6.4% IBU 45

A Leads with tropical pineapple aromas, piney and mango notes follow with a hint of honey. Clean, caramel malt body and a crisp, assertive finish. Extensive dry hopping enhances the aroma and late hop flavors. Like the Pacific Northwest, this IPA has hops for days.

Crafted by Kyle, Kyle, and Kyle, this slightly hazy IPA is a tribute to Kyles everywhere. Bursting with bold grapefruit and orange aromas, it finishes with hints of pine. Japanese Lager – TAPPED OUT WILL BE BACK SOON! ABV 5.2% IBU 12

Clean and refreshing, this small batch lager was brewed with pale malt and rice. Hop additions of Sorachi Ace and Tettnanger lend to subtle citrus up front with a smooth, desirable bitter finish. Get ready for a refreshing kick! We start with our Spirited Sugar Brew crafted at Full Sail, a light and subtly sweet alcoholic beverage, and blend it with rosemary-infused simple syrup, tart cranberry juice, and a squeeze of lime. Topped with soda water and garnished with fresh cranberries, a lime wheel, and a sprig of rosemary.
