We often look out over the majestic Columbia River and the snow-capped volcanic peaks of Oregon’s Mount Hood and pinch ourselves for being lucky enough to live and work in this craft-brewing epicenter. We pour crystal-clear water, locally grown malt, hops and yeast, and responsible processes into each and every pint. Our decades-long commitment to crafting delicious beer, protecting the environment and sourcing natural ingredients has earned us more than 300 awards, including 200 gold medals.

amber ale
Oregon’s original Amber Ale and our flagship brew was named “World’s Best” at the World Beer Awards and has earned more than 25 gold medals over the years. It’s a sweet, malty, medium-bodied ale with a spicy, floral hop finish. It’s brewed with 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts and hopped with Mt. Hoods and Cascades.

Session Premium Lager
An extremely tasty American craft lager with plenty of flavor that goes down clean and smooth with a refreshing, crisp finish. American and European hops offer a wonderful noble hop aroma, and the two-row barley malt and pilsner malt along with our propriety yeast strain results in a bright, fresh taste profile that is extremely crisp, clean, and crushable. Why just have a beer when you could have a Session!

WRECK THE HALLS DOUBLE IPA
This traditional holiday favorite and four-time gold medal winner is a sublime hybrid of an American-Style Double IPA and a Winter Warmer. Comforting rich and deep malty notes from Pale and blended Caramel and Crystal malts combined with copious quantities of carefully layered pine, floral, and citrus Centennial, Cascade, and Mosaic hops make a bold, layered brew that celebrates the season. It’s just not the holidays unless you Wreck the Halls.

WASSAIL WINTER ALE
Deep mahogany color, this holiday classic is brewed with four different malts and a blend of Pacific Northwest hops. Its inviting aroma combines roasted espresso with hints of pine, delivering a full bodied and a pleasantly hoppy finish that appeals to both hop and malt lovers alike.

SHORTEST DAY CDA
Dark as night, this Cascadian Dark Ale explodes with deep notes of cocoa nibs, coffeehouse, and pine. A blend of Pale, Crystal, and Chocolate malts leads the way for the trifecta hop addition of Centennial, Amarillo and Citras. This Brew Crew’s favorite “IPA meets Porter” is perfectly balanced and sure to please.

HEATHER CANYON KÖLSCH
Heather Canyon Kölsch is brewed in honor of one of the most scenic areas on Mt. Hood. In the summer it’s an amazing area to hike, in the winter it’s double black diamond terrain. Brewed in the traditional German-style this is an easy drinking, crisp, dry beer that drinks like a ray of sunshine on a bluebird day no matter what the weather. Delicately balanced with subtle fruit aroma and flavor you’ll enjoy every sip of this clean, quaffable ale that won’t put you over your skis.

Belgian SAISON
This brew leverages Imperial Yeast’s B64 Napoleon yeast strain and meticulous brewing fermentation skill to craft a Belgian fruity and spicy experience. Pilsner and wheat malts add just enough body to balance cloves and lemon while Hersbrucker hops add a spicy peppery finish to cleanse the pallet.

RYE oH RYE FRESH HOP IPA
Our Rye IPA was brewed with local, freshly harvested Salmon-Safe Mosaic hops just hours off the vine from Sodbuster Farms along with dose of Simcoe hops. This small batch beer has moderate notes of spicy white pine softened by notes of vanilla, woody, baked blueberries and dark stone fruits.

HOPS AND PINES FRESH HOP IPA
Our Fresh Hop Northwest Coast IPA is a hop lover’s delight! Brewed with local, freshly harvested Salmon-Safe Chinook hops just hours off the vine from Sodbuster Farms along with additions of Amarillo hops and spruce tips. This small batch beer presents big notes of the forest we love in the PNW. Heavy layers of pine, supported by subtle notes of floral lemons and bright stone fruits.

NUT BROWN ALE
Brewed for the fall season, this Nut Brown Ale is rich with aromatic notes of caramel, molasses, and a hint of smoke. Crafted with Maris Otter, Crystal, Biscuit, and Carafa malts, it delivers a malt-forward profile featuring flavors of toffee, nutty sweet bread, and caramel. Balanced with Azacca hops, it finishes smooth and crisp, perfect for those cool autumn days.

Refreshing, crisp and zesty Blood Orange Wheat is back by popular demand. A refreshing unfiltered wheat beer with a twist of citrus, this beer has a medium malt body with subtle orange flavor and a crisp wheat finish that will brighten your day.
