First Catch: Fresh Manila clams sautéed in butter, garlic, fennel, and onion deglazed with Blood Orange Hefeweizen. Served with a side of local Pine Street Bakery baguette grilled with garlic butter. / Session EZ IPA
Second Catch: Grilled green kale, frisée, and Manchego tossed in a lemon brown butter vinaigrette and topped with purple potato and curled carrot. / Hazy IPA
Third Catch: Pan seared halibut served with creamy roasted garlic Asiago risotto, watermelon radish, and a lemon thyme beurre blanc. Garnished with chive and red pepper oil. / Amber Ale
Final Catch: Dark chocolate and white chocolate flourless torte, topped with a house made chocolate-cinnamon cayenne ice cream and candy spiked hazelnuts. Drizzled with a tequila white chocolate ganache. / 2011 Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
