Feast of the Fishes

First Course
Scallop, blood orange, hearts of palm, chives, Olio Verde, Maldon. Paired with Session Lager

Second Course
Dungeness, persimmon, avocado, frisee, citrus, saffron, crouton. Paired with Session EZ IPA

Intermezzo
Salt cod, harissa. Paired with Amber Ale

Third Course
Halibut, Dungeness, horseradish, celeriac, fennel, cranberry, mustard green, celery. Paired with Sesion Cerveza

Fourth Course
Pavlova, kumquat, chocolate, Mission fig, anise. Paired with Harrington’s Bourbon NW Red Ale
