We’re brewing up a special small batch beer for this event – Wreck the Hops Fresh Hop NW Red Ale – Hopped with fresh Sabro hops straight from the field at Sodbuster Farms, then finished with a Simoe and Sabro dry hopping, this copper-colored NW Red Ale has a pleasing dank aroma and flavor of citrus and pine. The combination of Pale, 40 and 77 Crystal and a dash of Carafa malts make up the perfect backbone for this balanced, tasty fresh hop ale.
