Mixed winter greens tossed in warm apple cider vinaigrette with bacon and poached egg.

Braised beef cheek Parmentier with pomme puree and roasted baby vegetables.
Fourth Course / Top Sail Bourbon Imperial Porter
Flourless dark chocolate cake, with milk chocolate crisps, hazelnut chocolate mousse, topped with white chocolate whipped cream.
