Join us for our Fall Harvest Brewmaster Dinner. Four courses paired perfectly with five our ridiculously tasty beers.
The first one of the fall season is Thursday, October 12th. Dinner service from 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Fall Harvest Menu
First Course:
Shishito, prosciutto, melon and truffle vinaigrette.
Paired with Session Lager
Second Course:
White gazpacho, sea scallop, Sepia Ink, muscat grape and olio verde.
Paired with Session EZ IPA
Third Course:
Bone in pork chop, pepperonata, chantrelle, and fresh corn polenta.
Paired with Wassail
Fourth Course:
Spiced apple gingerbread cake, honeycomb and whipped fromage blanc.
Paired with Bourbon Imperial Stout & Harrington’s Bourbon NW Red Ale
