November Brewmaster Dinner

Join us for our ‘Oh My Gourd!’ Brewmaster Dinner. Four courses paired perfectly with five our ridiculously tasty beers.

FIRST COURSE

Radicchio, bacon, chicory, frisee, delicata squash, oyster mushroom, pecorino, apple cider vinaigrette. -SESIÓN CERVEZA

SECOND COURSE

Pumpkin risotto, blue prawns, saffron, sage.-FULL SAIL IPA

THIRD COURSE

Stuffed rabbit hind, hot Italian sausage, corona beans, sage pesto, butternut squash. -WASSAIL WINTER ALE

FOURTH COURSE

Pumpkin tiramisu, amaretti. -BOURBON AGED CHERRY RYE & BOURBON IMPERIAL STOUT
